Starting from now we all must learn english very well. This afternoon well learn about greetings. The teacher are Mrs. Yubandiah from Double Eight Course.
Before the lesson, we have a pre test first. This is for knowing how good are vocabulary and grammar we have. The teacher explained what we should do if someone saiys “how do you do ?”, we can replies how do you do too or just says “fine, thankyou”.
In indonesia the name of street are still called “jalan” not change became “street”, because at the post office there are only knowing “Jalan” not street.
What do say in english “hati2 di jalan?”. I said becareful at the street. That’s wrong she said. Be careful meaning we must have an accident, be careful can be use if we have a glassess for example, we can says, be careful. So the meaning in english about hati2 di jalan are “take care”.
We hope this lesson can increase our english.
