aturan polisi tidur euy !

Ternyata “polisi tidur” ada aturannya, tidak boleh sembarangan.

Menurut kepmenhub no KM 3 /1994 tentang alat pengendali dan pengaman pengaman pemakai jalan bahwa tinggi maks polisi tidur/pembatas kecepatan adalah 12 cm dan sudut kemiringan min. 15 %.
Dan harus dicat putih garis2 serong untuk memberi peringatan kepada kendaraan bermotor tentang halangan yang ada di depannya.

sejumlah peraturan mengenai Waralaba / franchise euy !

Maksimal kepemilikan yang dikelola sendiri :
1. Makanan dan Minuman : 250 gerai
2. Usaha Toko Modern : 150 gerai

Penambahan waralaba baru jika jumlahnya sudah melebihi ketentuan :
1. Untuk usaha makanan dan minuman :
Diwaralabakan dan bekerja sama dengan pola penyertaan modal dengan syarat :
A. Untuk nilai investasi < 10 milyar, jumlah penyertaan modal dari pihak lain paling sedikit 40 persen. B. Untuk > 10 milyar, jumlah penyertaan modal dari pihak lain minimal 30 persen.

2. Untuk usaha toko modern :
Diwaralabakan :
A. Persentase jumlah gerai yang diwaralabakan minimal 40 persen dari jumlah gerai yang ditambahkan.
B. Kewajiban diwaralaba kan itu berlaku untuk toko modern (minimarket, supermarket, dan department store)

Sanksi yang dikenakan jika terjadi pelanggaran :
A. Peringatan tertulis paling banyak tiga kali berturut-turut dengan tenggang waktu 2 minggu.
B. Pemberhentian sementara surat tanda pendaftaran waralaba (stpw) paling lama 2 bulan apabila tidak memenuhi ketentuan dalam peringatan tertulis.
C. Pencabutan stpw

Mcdonals : 250
Pizza hut : 202
7-eleven : 118
Starbucks : 85
A&W : 58
Alfamart : 6.585

last week my daughter join the drawing competition at Paladium Mall, Medan euy !.

it was very crowded, fiuh, my daughter rara is the first time she join this competition. at the first she is crying, because she think me were not beside her. I am here rara, just at behind u. the jury dont allow their parents near with the children. so almost children crying, hehe….

well rara you must be brave, i love u rara.,,,,,
